It's just possible that Donny and Marie's show might not be where it is today if not for another entertainer who once played in Las Vegas.
First performing in Las Vegas as one of the Williams Brothers, Andy Williams became a Vegas mainstay, playing numerous hotels over his 50 year career. He was known for the hit song "Moon River" from the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's. Aside from Hollywood, he was a popular fixture in Las Vegas until the late 70's. He also gave Donny Osmond personal voice lessons. Andy Williams passed away September 25, 2012.
