Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow (FIT) is a 501(c)(3) qualified and United Way accredited nonprofit organization. FIT's Mission for Nevada: FIT empowers motivated unemployed and underemployed Nevadans toward financial stability and self-sufficiency through individual mentoring, resources and support for education, training and employment preparation. FIT clients become skilled workers of a more diversified labor force. Thus, FIT clients ultimately achieve employment that pays enough to support their families without assistance.
