Mission

Nevada PEP is the only Parent Training and Information Center in Nevada. We support families who have children with disabilities through Education, Empowerment, and Encouragement.

Services

Nevada PEP has skilled and compassionate advocates to help families find and obtain the services and resources needed to help their children reach their full potential in school, the community and in life.

Nevada PEP has training classes for parents on a wide range of issues, such Positive Behavioral Interventions, Families Are Important, Is Your Child The Traget of Bullying?, Understanding ADHD, IEP Clinics, Skills for Effective Parent Advocacy, How Is My Child Reading?, Navigating Through Transition, Journey To Adulthood, Getting and Keeping the 1st Job, and many more!

You Can Help by Providing Goods

We need supplies for classes (school supplies), office supplies, and goods that can be given as prizes (raffles and fundraisers).

You Can Help by Volunteering

We need volunteers as puppeteers for our new Include Me puppet program to teach children about disabilities. We also need volunteers to assist in a variety of office assignments and in other capacities, such as at Open House events.

You Can Help by Offering Your Services

There are certainly services that we could benefit from, for our building, our offices, our work performed for families.
