--To provide information and education about mental health practices--both for those in the field and for those interested in learning how to improve their own mental health.
--To promote the highest standards of learning.
--To increase awareness that all of us who want a better life are in the field of mental health!
Services
Every other month, or so, we hope to provide a symposium for a subject which our planning committee decides has the most interest in new learning: for instance "Parenting" will include the concept of being a better parent to yourself--August 25, 2012. A keynote speaker is coming to town who is a Senior Clinician in Modern Psychoanalysis, November 1,2,3 and then the end of January, a friend will speak about new ideas in her book, "Sex and the Psyche".
