American Red Cross Safety TrainingThe mission of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis. We achieve our mission through delivery of programs and services to people with MS and their families and caregivers, and through support of research into the cause and cure of MS.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is very active in the Las Vegas community. We provide the following services:

In-Balance Training

In Balance Training is just that - balance training for the body. You will create core strength. All work on stability balls will give you not only a better balanced body, but one that is stronger, and more capable of handling day to day functions. The first thing you will notice is "Energy." You will have a feeling of well being. You will notice that you feel centered and be more aware of the space you're in physically.

Aquatic Therapy

The CSN College staff has a certified aquatic therapy & fitness specialist, assisted by a licensed massage therapist as well as physical and occupational therapist students. We work in the water with each client either individually or in small groups. The pool is warm, equipped with a hoyer lift, dressing and shower facilities which are handicap accessible.

Support Groups

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society's self-help groups are individuals with MS, their families, friends, and other care partners who gather regularly for the purposes of sharing common experiences and concerns, providing and receiving emotional support, and obtaining information on living and coping with MS.

Fundraising Events

American Red Cross Safety Training

Walk MS is the signature fundraising event of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. By participating in Walk MS you can know that you've shared a remarkable achievement with over 250,000 other walkers in more than 700 cities across the county. But most importantly, you'll be making a difference by raising essential funds for research and services for people with MS.

While you pedal and fundraise for the 400,000 Americans living with MS, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society will be with you every mile of the way. Along the route, there are frequent rest stops, a team of bike repair experts, and plenty of support vehicles if you need a lift; in your quest for sponsors, we will provide the solicitation and recruitment tools, online donation forms, and countless fundraising tips. The MS Bike Ride is not just for serious athletes-anyone wanting to have fun and fight multiple sclerosis can participate. For beginners, it can be a great way to get in shape and learn from long-time cyclists; veteran riders can take advantage of the fully supported route and make it as big a personal challenge as they like.

For Sponsorship, Volunteerism and Participation in MS Signature Events or call 736-7272. Join the Movement!
