The Senior Citizens Law Project provides free legal counsel and assistance to Clark County residents 60 years of age and older. Folks seeking help attend a seminar to have their legal issues reviewed, and those requiring further assistance can schedule an individual appointment with an attorney.
They provide general legal information, plus advice on advance
directives and planning for incapacity, affidavits of
entitlement, bankruptcy pre-screening, consumer disputes and debts, estate planning, medical records, Social Security, and more. To reserve a spot in one of the seminars, call 229-6596 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. They're at 310 South Ninth Street in downtown Las Vegas.
