Breakfast features mesquite flour pancakes UPDATE

Great Basin Permaculture will host a mesquite pancake breakfast at Vegas Roots Community Garden on at 9 a.m. It will have food from plants that thrive in our dry region and can be found growing in the group's Permaculture Learning Garden, including pancakes made from mesquite bean flour, prickly pear jelly, and pomegranate syrup.

Tickets are $15 for ages 10 and over, $5 for under 10. Order and find more information about Great Basin Permaculture here. The garden is at 715 North Tonopah Drive in Las Vegas.
