Own a casino with your mobile phone! Sort of!
by Andrew Kiraly | posted May 24, 2011
Starting in June, Android phone users will be able to gamble on their phones -- but don't worry, the feds aren't going to freeze your accounts and bust down your door. A new mobile game called Vegas Strip City isn't for real money. In an interesting twist, though, the card and table games then seem to give way to an empire-building simulation in which you can build your own gambling empire:
Hit the tables for a few hands of Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and other card games in a beautiful, luxurious casino setting. Players get VIP treatment as they unlock high-stakes tables and gain “Comp” points as they play. Then, they can set out to conquer the Strip as a casino mogul and develop their own dream Strip.
Pick up your Desert Companion today at one of these Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf or Jamba Juice locations.
Also available at Clark County and Henderson libraries.
