Grab a pen and mark your impossibly cute lolcats calendar with two dates when you can meet and mingle with the Desert Companion crew and engage in some great conversation. Oct.6, 5 p.m.: Come party with us at Ferraro's for the Desert Companion October Issue party. Custom cocktails by Davalos Tequila. Meet the DC crew and hang with fellow DC readers. It's free, but you have to RSVP here so we can roll out the red carpet in proper fashion. Oct. 15, 9:30 a.m. It's another fine installment of Desert Companion on Tour! Our topic? Wine: What is it?
