If you see a weeping Trekkie today, here's why
by Andrew Kiraly | posted April 22, 2011
If you see a crying Trekkie today, hug his droopy li'l Spock ears and tell him it's gonna be okay. Right now, a lot of them are screaming, "KHAAAAAAAN!" over fast-solidifying news that a Star Trek attraction won't be landing at Neonopolis. From Trekmovie.com: The attraction Star Trek: The Experience closed down at the Las Vegas Hilton in September 2008. Since that time CBS had tried to bring a new Star Trek: The Attraction to Vegas, but that has since fizzled. A new report now cites CBS as confirming that there are no current plans for a new Star Trek: The Experience.
