Tough economic times are giving high flyers a chance to prove their mettle according to Food Critic John Curtas.
Several strip restuarants such as those at Wynn Las Vegas and MGM Grand are rolling back their prices ten years and are aggressively promoting three-course meals for under $50. John Curtas finds the talent at two Mandalay Bay restaurants especially impressive.
