Every conversation has its own discussion thread. We've organized the SoN website so that it's easy to add a comment and we welcome yours.
Conversations begin before the program airs on the radio and we will include thoughtful ideas from the website on the program. These conversation continue after the show has aired well.
We know our audience is made up of the most thoughtful, intelligent, community-minded people, and that these discussions stay elevated and constructive, even when hated disagreements arise. Here are a few commenting guidelines for the website to keep in mind:
- Write with civility and respect.
- Commenting for any purpose other than sincere expression, or deliberately attacking another commenter, will not be tolerated.
- Link to your sources and excerpt selectively. (Don't paste entire articles into the comment field.)
