A new report by Brookings Mountain West shows that the non-Hispanic white population in Nevada shrunk from 2010-1012, in all but three counties. According to the report, The Latino population grew about 5 percent in Clark and Washoe Counties.  What issues are key to winning the support of this population and how will state and local politicians adapt to accomodate these shifting demographics?
