The Clark County School District starts the new academic year with a new superintendent. Pat Skorkowsky started at CCSD as a teacher, and as the leader of the district he now has the opportunity to develop new curriculum initiatives, change how teachers teach, and determine where the money goes. We talked to the superintendent about his priorities, including new programs for English Language Learners.
