Too Much Smut At The Palazzo?
Too Much Smut At The Palazzo?

AIR DATE: August 28, 2013

The Act is a nightclub at the Palazzo. But it's not a celebrity club with big name DJs and expensive bottle service. Tonight's entertainment is subtitled "A Circus of Debauchery." And that pretty much summarizes the complaint its landlord, Las Vegas Sands, has made. It's seeking to kick the club out because of the entertainment, which it says is too risque. The club says Sands always knew that it was a nightclub with a difference. So why is Sands acting? And where will this case end up?
