Colleges Struggle To Serve Latinos

More and more Latinos are going to college. A recent study from the Pew Hispanic Center shows that, for the first time, Latinos have surpassed whites in college enrollment.

But as the Latino student population grows, there is less federal money to go around.

What do Community Colleges need to ensure greater success among their Latino and minority students? And how is the College of Southern Nevada doing as it tries to educate Nevada’s young Latino population?
