Boosting Marginal Workers

AIR DATE: September 5, 2013

Professor Ruben Garcia says that many marginal workers are disadvantaged by labor laws and the decline of unions. Garcia says we need to rethink how we protect workers, and he'll be discussing those issues at a University Forum lecture at UNLV.
