The sun's death rays have struck again. First it was the Vdara beaming down intense rays from its concave outer wall and burning swimmers and lounger chairs in the hotel's pool area. Now, a London office tower designed by the same architect has started burning up businesses across Fenchurch Street in the city's financial district. What's the cause and what can be done about it?
