The Republican Party knows that it has a problem with Latino voters. It has failed to attract 30 percent of votes even in races that were not polarized around race or immigration. The national party wants Latino elected officials like Gov. Sandoval to lead the way to more diverse candidates. The governor has also set out to repair some probems with immigrant voters. We discuss what he's doing and how it's going.
