Assemblyman Pat Hickey Causes Stir With Voter Turnout Comments

Listen
AIR DATE: September 30, 2013

Nevada Assemblyman Pat Hickey made an unfortunate observation during a radio interview recently when he pointed out that low voter turnout from youth and minorities in 2014 would be good for Republicans.
