Former Rep. Shelley Berkley On Campaign
Former Rep. Shelley Berkley On Campaign

Listen
AIR DATE: October 22, 2013

Former Congresswoman Shelley Berkley fought a gruelling campaign in the last election as she tried to wrest Nevada's U.S. Senate seat from Sen. Dean Heller. She fell short by a few thousand votes, a loss many attributed to revelations in the New York Times that she had lobbied for money that benefitted her husband's nephrology practice. Now, nearly a year on from that loss, the former Las Vegas Representative talks about her political career and why she decided to go to Congress.

GUESTS

Shelley Berkley, D-Las Vegas, former U.S. Representative
