Las Vegas is in the running to host the Republican National Convention in 2016, thanks to the efforts and deep pockets of casino mogul Sheldon Adelson. Unfortunately, the city has some very well-heeled competition from Kansas City, Missouri, hometown of the Koch Brothers, who are also major GOP donors. So which city has the upper hand -- and the more influential donor? And what could the convention bring to Las Vegas, and the Republican Party?
