The cost of childcare can be overwhelming, especially for single parents. In Nevada, a family can spend as much as five to ten thousand dollars a year on day care costs, an amount that rivals the annual cost of college tuition.

Beyond the high cost of child care -- what about the idea of leaving your child alone with strangers? What about worst-case scenario stories of children who get in accidents, or are harmed, at the hands of inexperienced and unqualified child care providers?
