The deadline for filing income taxes is April 15, but if you want to make sure you've got everything lined up for that dreaded date, you have to make sure that the deals are done, the bills are paid and the donations are all made by December 31 -- or else it will be on your taxes next year. IRS spokesperson Raphael Tulino joins us to answer questions about those last-minute tax questions as the year draws to a close.
