The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association has been negotiating with both Las Vegas and Orlando, Fla., for future venures for the National Finals Rodeo. Now it appears the organization has split between rank-and-file cowboys who want more prize money and a breakaway group of elite performers who think the PRCA is moving in the wrong direction. So what is the problem? And will the best of the sports cowboys form a new league? And will it be based in Las Vegas?
