After more than a month of courting ritual and negotiations, the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association has decided to leave Osceola County at the altar and stay in Las Vegas. The Florida county had promised more prize money and a new stadium but apparently that was not enough to entice the cowboys to leave the Strip. The group has signed up for another 10 years. We look at how the final deal was cut.
