On Wednesday, the Las Vegas City Council voted 5-2 to move forward with city zoning and licensing for medical marijuana dispensaries. 

And some council members expressed enthusiasm about dispensaries during the meeting. Bob Coffin for example, wants to try medical marijuana for his back pain.

Councilman Stravros Anthony was one of the 2 dissenting votes - he tells us why.
