Culinary Ends Contract Extensions With Several Casinos

Members of the Culinary Union ended contract extensions yesterday with several downtown and independent casinos on the Strip. Union members couldn't reach an agreement with owners on permanent contracts and health and pension benefits. The end of the extension opens the possibility of pickets, boycotts and strikes. So what will happen next? And are any strikes on the horizon?
