The executive director and IT manager of the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange both announced plans to leave their positions within the month. Executive Director Jon Hager has been under intense pressure to fix problems with the site and improve flagging enrollment. The governor has raised the possibility of firing the vendor, Xerox, or even scrapping the state's exchange and joining the national site. What do the departures mean for the future of Silver State Exchange?
