Students went back to healthier schools this week. Vegetarian meals were offered for the first time and missing from the menu? Fried doughnuts. But some schools are still serving fast food and soft drinks that can contribute to the most common medical problem for children today, obesity. KNPR's Ky Plaskon explains.
