We talk with Robert Litwak, director of International Security Studies at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington; and Stephen Younger, President of National Security Technologies, which manages and operates the Nevada Test Site.
The two are set to speak Tuesday at 7 p.m. at UNLV's Student Union Theatre as a part of the "Peace in the Desert Lecture" lecture series. Their topic: "Superpowers and Rogue States: Reducing the Nuclear Danger." The event is free to the public.
