Last year, more than 684,000 homeowners age 50 and over were delinquent in paying their mortgages, in foreclosure or had lost their homes, according to an AARP report. Ian Mylchreest talks with Phyllis Hargrove, an operations specialist for the Nevada office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Barry Gold, director of government relations for the AARP of Nevada and Steven Silberberg, an elder law attorney who works with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
