The firing of David Ashley means a long search will begin for a new UNLV president. The Nevada System of Higher Education says it hopes to start looking this fall. So how does a university replace a leader? We talk with two academic headhunters who were involved in the search that appointed President Milton Glick to head the University of Nevada, Reno.
