Judge Sonia Sotomayor won Senate confirmation and was sworn in as the nation's first Latina Supreme Court Justice last week. Meantime, Nevada's Hispanics have been hit harder than any other state by joblessness. We tackle those and other issues with OC Weekly reporter Gustavo Arellano, he writes the nationally syndicated "Ask A Mexican" column.
