Nevada's unemployment rate for Hispanics leads the nation at 16.4 percent just ahead of California's Hispanic unemployment rate which sits at 15.7 percent. The numbers are analyzed and detailed in a new report from the Economic Policy Institute, a think tank in Washington D.C. We talk with Algernon Austin, Director of the Race, Ethnicity, and the Economy program at EPI about those numbers and about where they're headed.
