The Las Vegas economy has been in a recession for the past 18 months and some are saying it's time to "reboot" the valley's economy. The Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at UNLV is hosting its 12th Annual Round Table discussion this week. The topic: "What's Happened? What's Next?"
