The US Department of Labor has finalized it review of Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration in the wake of 25 construction deaths. And the report is very critical of the state agency's investigations and the weak hand played by administrators in levying fines on companies that were failing to observe elementary safety. We talk with Wall Street Journal Reporter Alexandra Berzon who wrote extensively about OSHA's deficiencies when she was working for the Las Vegas Sun and Sun Reporter Lisa Mascaro who reports from Washington.
