Conservative Social Activist Richard Ziser has launched a petition drive to add a definition of personhood to the Nevada Constitution. If passed in 2010 and 2012, the amendment would repeal the 1990 law which guarantees the first trimester right to abortion. We discuss the proposed amendment with Richard Ziser and Olaf Vancura, President of Personhood Nevada, and UNLV Law Professor Sylvia Lazos and President of Nevada Advocates for Planned Parenthood Affiliates.
