The trust fund that pays unemployment benefits was very healthy a year ago. But the number of unemployed people has doubled and that has depleted the fund much more quickly than anyone anticipated. We talk with ProPublica Reporter Olga Pierce. She has been making a study of the most troubled state unemployment funds and puts Nevada in the troubled category.
