All the buzz has been about the 12,000 new jobs created at MGM Mirage's complex, CityCenter. But for months now, the construction side of that massive project has been scaling back. Is it a net gain for Las Vegas employment or is the city swapping some well-paid construction jobs for some lesser-paying hospitality jobs.
