Governor Jim Gibbons has an eight-point plan to reform Nevada education and to save money at the same time. His critics say it's a political stunt but so far but the plan is picking up on the ideas of education reformers. We look at the politics and the substance of the plan before it gets to the special session. We also hear from two candidates who hope to succeed Gibbons in the governor's mansion.
