Later they find out what it's like keeping an eye on the seventeen (!) restaurants at Aria with Christina Clifton, Aria's Vice President of Food and Beverage. And then Max and John go head-to-head over CarniVino, The Fat Greek, and Brazilian Grill in "Eat It or Beat It."
