Details about Sen. John Ensign's extramarital affair and the efforts to contain it continue to trickle out. New emails seem to suggest that the senator was possibly encouraging lobbying efforts that broke rules about such efforts. The FBI is continuing its investigation but the continuing scandal has raised more questions about Sen. John Ensign's political future and his effectiveness on behalf of Nevada.
