Former UMC boss Lacy Thomas goes on trial today, two years after he was indicted for theft and misconduct. It's estimated Thomas cost UMC about $10,000,000 by allegedly steering lucrative contracts to unqualified companies owned by his friends. Las Vegas Sun reporter Steve Kanigher gives us the latest on trial.
