We all know Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world but it has a shady past. Black perfomers weren't even allowed to eat or drink at the bars or restaurants where they performed. Dr. William H. 'Bob' Bailey witnessed this first hand. We talk about those experiences and what it was like seeing that in his own back yard.
