RE: WEEPING SPRINKLER HEADS...several of our sprinkler heads in the yard "weep" and have a continuous pool of water around them. Please advise how we might fix this.

RE: HOME OFFICE IS HOTTEST ROOM...I assume because of all the computer, printer etc equip the home office (East side of house/ upstairs) gets about 8 degrees hotter than the rest of home. There is a separate air conditioning unit for the upstairs, but closing off the vents in the other upstairs rooms doesn't work, because of a very open stairwell design. I'm hoping not to have to close off the natural light from the one window in the office. Any suggestions?

When we have our AC/Heat Pump unit serviced annually, it runs smoothly for about a day. After that it vibrates terribly. What does this mean? It seems quite loud to me.
