Imagine taking geometric shapes like squares and triangles, mix in people's faces and bright colors, and you've got a small taste of John Bell's world. The art brings his colorful showcase to First Friday. We take an inside look at what inspires his contemporary art, and how - with paint and oils - he takes geometric figures to another dimension.

John Bell is one of the featured artists for First Fridays downtown. His work is also currently exhibited at the John Bell at the Brett Wesley Gallery.
