A group of women activists in the Nevada Democratic Party has formed Emerge - a group that offers advice and training for potential women candidates. The group had its first successes in the last election cycle and now has slate of candidates running for diverse offices in the November election. Republicans have a mobile training school for women candidates, which they'll bring to any city in the country.
