Leon Black is the financier behind Apollo Management. The private equity firm made a big bet on Harrah's Entertainment in 2007 - at the top of the bull market. That deal, valued at nearly $31 billion, started to sour as tourism on the Strip faltered. So, what is happening to this major Strip investor?
