Listen
AIR DATE: August 31, 2010

That's what author and educator Heather Zavadsky says in her book, Bringing School Reform to Scale: Five Award-Winning Urban Districts. But can it be that easy? And how factors like language barrier and poverty affect how districts tackle those gaps? We talk with Heather Zavadsky about putting those steps to work.
